Placing an order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order with DIGITARIA, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us - DIGITARIA.

We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time without further notice. Please read the Terms & Conditions and check back often. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order.
In order to place an order you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, address line, phone number and other information as indicated. Furthermore, you must provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct. You should provide a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptance to DIGITARIA, whose applications are acceptable to DIGITARIA and who have authorized DIGITARIA to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchace. By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to authenticate your identify, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. You, also, agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients.
Once your order have been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization of your payment.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time duting the selling period.
Customers purchasing from a country served as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) will incur relevant import duty and tax. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from UPS or an import broker appointed by you.
DIGITARIA in not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not in Euros the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Payment can be made by PayPal. You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. If you are a registered DIGITARIA member we will securely store your payment details. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
Promotion codes are non-tranferable and there is no cash alternative. You cannot use two promotional codes at one time. The promotion code must be redeemed by the end of the date provided.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day after you received your order. You will need to return the entire order to us in order to receive a full refund. You have to ensure that it reaches to us in their original condition, unused and with their tags still attached, at your own cost and it will be delivered to: 50-52 Valtetsiou Str., Athens, Greece. Tel: +30 210 3458889. The refund only includes the product price and not the delivery costs. Returns that are damaged, soiled or worn will not be accepted and DIGITARIA will refuse to refund it. We won't accept returns on sale items.
If you would like to return a faulty item we can replace it for the same product, in the same size, subject to availability. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are not considered as faulty and we will not refund or exchange them.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on DIGITARIASHOP.COM. However, as computer monitors vary, the colors of the products seen on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.
